’m so excited about my latest creations for the book ! A lot of you were asking about Indian dishes for the book and well, they’re coming and this is what you will see IN THE BOOK. 😍😘
Here you have a butter naan, jeera rice and a creamy Dal Makhani that is absolutely filling and packed with flavor. 🔥
Dal Makhani is a punjabi dish made with whole black lentils and red kidney beans. It gets it’s richness from butter and cream and a red chili powder brings the heat.
I can't wait for you to try this recipe! Please tag me in your pictures on FB @ https://www.facebook.com/TheSaffronGirl😍💞
 Ingredients:
" 2 cups pasta, cooked
" 1 cup paneer, diced
" 2 tomatoes, chopped
" 1 tsp garam masala
" ó tsp turmeric powder
" 1” ginger minced
" 4 cloves crushed garlic
" 1 large bell pepper, thinly sliced
" 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
" 6 tbsp oil
" Salt to taste
" Handful cilantro, finely chopped

Preparation:

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a medium frying pan. Once the oil starts to turn translucent, toss in the paneer and turmeric powder and pan fry until the edges turn a crisp, golden brown. Set the paneer aside and in the same pan, add the remaining oil. Once it starts to turn translucent, add ginger, garlic and green chilies.. Add the tomatoes and continue stirring until the oil starts to separate. Saute for a minute then add the onions and peppers. Add the cooked pasta, stir everything together and continue on a medium flame until the pasta is heated up. Toss the paneer in and give it a good stir.
Garnish with cilantro and serve.
