So I did an Indo-Italian fusion and it was an EPIC success. If you've never had paneer, it's an Indian cheese (similar to Halloumi) that's very versatile and used in many different regional dishes of India. It has a consistency similar to Extra Firm Tofu.
For this dish, I pan fried the paneer in ghee and turmeric. Made a pasta sauce with some indian spices and sprinkled the pasta with grated Amul cheese. I can't describe how delicious this recipe is! Here's how you make it....

Chickpeas are such a versatile ingredient. My mom makes the most amazing chole puri with this fluffy white puri and I still haven't cracked the code on that puri recipe... but one day...
In the meantime, I have this absolutely simple but delicious recipe for you that's perfect for the weather. The flavorful combination of garam masala with the tanginess of the tomatoes brings this chole aloo to life! If you mash some of the potatoes into the curry, it will help thicken the base so you can dip into it with some buttery naan or soak it up with fragrant basmati rice. The possibilities are endless! Callin' all cheese lovers‼️Who says "no" to 𝑔𝓇𝒾𝓁𝓁𝑒𝒹 𝒸𝒽𝑒𝑒𝓈𝑒 ever⁉️
This cheesy delight is layered with a smoked chipotle gouda and sharp cheddar! The pesto just takes the grilled cheese to another level with its nutty flavor. |
